Return And Exchanges

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

  • All products for exchange or return must be in new, unused condition with original tags and box.
  • Customized items are considered final sale and cannot be returned. Any item that has name, number, and or any badge printed on it is considered a customized item.
  • Name sets and badges are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Please do not return anything back to The Coliseum/ that exceeds the 30 day period, as we will not be able to process a refund or ship the item back to you.
  • We do not refund shipping and handling fees.


Please print the return form and insert in your shipping box.

  • Ship the package back using the carrier of your choice.
  • For your security, please return the products with an insured courier and add in your receipt.
  • Reasonable care must be taken when packaging your return so that goods are not damage in transit.
  • The Coliseum/ is not responsible for items damage or lost in transit.


Footwear, Goalkeeper Gloves and Equipment

Due to the various playing surfaces and weather conditions, all items especially footwear and goalkeeper gloves will experience normal wear and tear. This includes but is not limited to color loss, loose threads, small gaps between the out sole and the upper and minor tears in the latex palm. It is recommended that for both footwear and goalkeeper gloves that you purchase multiple (training and match) pairs to increase the life of the products.

We guarantee our footwear, goalkeeper gloves and equipment free of defects for 60 days from the date of purchase. In the event that a defect does occur, a store credit will be offered in the return of the defective merchandise. Manufacturer warranties that surpass The Colieum/ 60 day defect policy will have to be handled directly with the manufacturer.
